Instructions:

PLEASE READ: If you click on the links without following these instructions, you will receive an error saying "You do not have access to these files."

1. Click this link to go to the Note Identification Assessments folder.

2. This will bring you to Google Drive. you will see three dots next to the name of each file.

3. Click on the three dots. You will see an option that says "Make a Copy." This will create a copy of the assessment you've selected.
